Race Steward Volunteers Needed for World Record Attempt!

Are you injured and can’t run in the Cleveland St. Patrick’s Day Run? But still want to be a part of the world record breaking excitement?

We need your help! In order to validate the world record, we are looking for 60 non-participants to be RACE STEWARDS along the start area to verify that everyone in the race is wearing their kilt and are eligible to be part of the world record. The STEWARDS will work with the Hermes Sports & Events Race team and the Guinness World Record staff to ensure we set the record that morning.

All STEWARDS will receive a special colored Commemorative Cleveland St. Patrick’s Day Race Shirt identifying them as an Official. In addition, Stewards will receive a certificate for a complimentary shot of Jameson or Coors Light after the race.

1. Be at least 21 years old
2. Report onsite race day on West 6th Street in the Warehouse District at 7:30 am. Stewards responsibilities will be completed by approximately 10:30 am.
